- Remove asbestos cement sheets whole; do not break, cut, or drill them.
- Double-bag all asbestos waste in labelled bags and seal securely.
- Dispose of asbestos waste only at a licensed waste facility with documentation.
- Decontaminate tools and equipment after use with damp wiping methods.
- Keep non-essential personnel clear of the work area during removal.
