The Action Calendar is a weekly compliance action tracker designed for construction site management teams who need to ensure recurring inspections, checks and submissions happen on time. Actions are scheduled at configurable frequencies β weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly β and assigned to named responsible persons, creating clear accountability across the team.
Each action is tracked with a simple Yes/No completion status per scheduled week, and the system automatically calculates overdue days for any missed or late completions. This gives supervisors and project managers an instant view of compliance gaps without having to chase individuals for updates.
The compliance dashboard presents monthly trend data showing completion rates over time, plus overdue-by-person breakdowns so you can identify who is consistently missing deadlines. A four-week look-ahead view highlights upcoming actions for short-term planning and team briefings. The template is formatted for wall display in site offices and produces print-ready weekly sheets.
