Each day captures weather conditions for morning and afternoon with temperature logging, a visitor register, and a 12-row workforce and activity log recording subcontractor, trade, headcount, hours worked, delays encountered and any variations instructed.
A consolidated All Diary Data sheet pulls every day's entries into a single searchable table with hyperlinks back to individual daily sheets, making it easy to find specific records without scrolling through hundreds of tabs. The QS Search Dashboard provides a filterable interface with live KPIs including total hours worked, cumulative headcount, delay event counts and variation totals β designed for quantity surveyors building delay claims or substantiating daywork records.
The Charts Dashboard presents graphical workforce analysis with headcount trends, trade breakdowns and delay frequency charts. VBA macros handle sheet creation, navigation and data consolidation.
