Description
The Concrete Pour Register is a comprehensive Excel workbook for managing concrete pours, cube test results and formwork strike timing on construction projects. Every pour is logged with date, location, element reference, mix design, volume, supplier, delivery ticket and weather conditions, building a complete auditable record of all concrete placed on the project.
Cube test results are recorded against each pour with test age, crushing strength and pass/fail status. The BS EN 13670 compliant formwork strike analysis module provides dynamic strike planning based on mix type (OPC, PFA and GGBS blends), pour type (vertical or soffit) and ambient temperature band, using UKAS-method strength gain curves with confidence envelopes to determine safe strike times.
The programme dashboard presents a RAG-status overview of all pours showing cube test pass rates, overdue tests, and upcoming strike dates in a Gantt-style layout. Concrete mix designs are fully configurable so the workbook adapts to your project's specific mix specifications. The template is designed for site engineers and concrete supervisors managing pours on civil engineering and building projects.
