Description
The Aggregate Import Tracker is an Excel-based delivery log for construction sites receiving bulk aggregate materials. Each delivery is recorded with date, supplier, material type, tonnage, weighbridge ticket reference and whether the material is recycled or virgin β enabling automatic COβe emissions calculations that distinguish between lower-carbon recycled aggregates and higher-carbon virgin materials.
Supplier performance summaries aggregate delivery data by supplier, showing total tonnage delivered, number of loads, average load size and reliability metrics. Monthly breakdowns present tonnage and carbon data side by side so project teams can report on both material usage and environmental impact in a single view.
The live dashboard surfaces programme-to-date KPIs including total tonnage received, recycled material share as a percentage, carbon intensity per tonne, cumulative COβe, and top supplier analysis by volume. The tracker is designed for site engineers, materials managers and environmental coordinators who need accurate delivery records for cost reporting, carbon reduction plans and SWMP compliance.
