Process Client Training Log

The Process & Client Training Log is an Excel-based training management system designed for wastewater treatment works commissioning and handover phases. A trainee register captures all client and operational staff who require training, and the per-module training log records each session with process area, training category, delivery method (classroom, on-plant, assessment), pass/fail outcome, competence status and refresher due dates.

The gap analysis sheet maps each trainee against the mandatory module list and highlights outstanding gaps — modules not yet scheduled, not yet attended, or failed — giving the commissioning team a clear view of who still needs what before handover can be certified. This is critical for AMP-framework projects where client training completion is a contractual deliverable.

The dashboard presents KPIs for sessions completed vs planned, competence rates, pass rates and breakdowns by process area, training category and weekly trend. The template is designed for commissioning managers, training coordinators and project teams who need structured training evidence for handover documentation and client sign-off.
