Description
The Supervisor's RACI Chart is an Excel-based responsibility assignment tool that maps key site tasks to named team members using the standard R (Responsible), A (Accountable), C (Consulted) and I (Informed) framework. Tasks cover the full range of supervisory duties including safety checks, inspections, RAMS reviews, logistics coordination, quality management, environmental compliance and commissioning activities, each with a review frequency and estimated hours per occurrence.
The Person Profile sheet calculates each individual's total monthly hour allocation by summing the estimated hours for all tasks where they hold an R or A assignment, then presents days used and days free across the calendar year. This makes it immediately clear whether any team member is overloaded or has capacity for additional responsibilities, supporting balanced workload distribution.
A signature sheet provides a formal record where each team member acknowledges their assigned duties, creating an auditable document for project governance and CDM compliance. The template is designed as a wall chart format for site office display and is suitable for general foremen, section supervisors and construction managers managing multi-disciplinary site teams.
