Description
The Weight Loss Challenge Tracker is an Excel-based team wellness tool designed for construction site welfare initiatives. It supports participant registration with personal details and starting weight, then tracks up to 20 weeks of weigh-in data in kilograms or stones, automatically calculating weekly and cumulative percentage weight loss for each participant.
The automatic leaderboard ranks participants by percentage loss with configurable eligibility rules β for example, requiring a minimum number of weigh-ins to qualify for prizes. Missed weigh-in tracking flags participants who have skipped sessions, and the dashboard shows active participant counts, the current biggest loser, overall compliance rates and average percentage loss across the group. Job family summary breakdowns let you compare performance between trades or departments.
An optional privacy mode hides individual weights while still showing percentage rankings, protecting participant confidentiality on shared displays. Printable certificates for winners and milestone achievements, plus poster sheets formatted for site welfare board display, help maintain engagement and visibility throughout the challenge.
